This is not a reputable company. My wife wanted the yard sprayed for ticks. We ended up getting billed 120/month and another 80/month for pest control. She made numerous attempts to cancel the service and finally asked me to call as I can be more persuasive. They stated my wife signed a 12 month agreement and to cancel it would be over $500 in cancellation fees. DO NOT do business with this company. After exhaustive efforts on the phone for nearly an hour, I was able to downgrade the service to the equivalent of what the cancellation fees would be. I have never encountered a home service that you can not cancel without severe penalties. Do not do business with them. You will regret it.

Updating one day after the original review to add: Greenix's response to this review (and thus probably many other negative reviews) is a total sham. I called the number they gave me, and after putting me on hold for a few minutes the rep told me it was an automated response and promptly wrapped up the call. It was an absurd waste of my time, and it solidified my decision not to do business with them. --- Called Greenix for a yellow-jacket nest in my ground cover. Their treatment did nothing—activity didn’t drop. An arborist happened to spray it later and the nest went dead immediately. I don’t need recurring pest control, so I canceled. They still hit me with a $249 cancellation fee less than a month in. I’ll own my part: I was focused on getting the nest handled and didn’t think through the ongoing plan. But the salesperson strongly implied I needed their regular service to fix this specific nest, said they were taking $100 off the first visit, and that I could cancel anytime—worst case I’d forfeit the $100. That’s not how it played out. Bottom line: they didn’t solve the one problem I hired them for, then charged a hefty fee to exit a service I never wanted long-term. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

The scheduling process for service is deceptive. The value of what’s offered is questionable. The pest control contract has poison pills. The cancellation process is a drag. Three months in. I have been charged for a setup fee and three separate times for each month, which is to be expected. I was told we’d receive routine visits and visits on demand if bugs returned. After 2 months, bugs did return. No indication that they’d come back out, so I called and scheduled a Friday 4-5pm appointment. Friday rolls around, I get a text before 9am that they’re coming “today”. I text back a half hour later that it’s a 4-5 appointment. Guy tells me he’s already here, asking if we can reschedule another day (while I’m at work). He makes a note in their system that no one was home and leaves. This is similar to what happened for my first appointment; they tell you they have a time scheduled, but I think all they do is put in a date, and show up whenever they feel like it, which is unacceptable given they need to access your house. Then, I call to get someone out for my appointed time, and again, it’s all promises, no follow through. “We’ll definitely get someone there today”. An hour later, I get a text that I’m rescheduled to Tuesday 2-4pm—no one asked me about that date or time! I call again to attempt to resolve this, and after being blamed every step of the way, I tell them it’s time to cancel. They forward me to a lady named Jonna, who eventually offers to give me next month for free. I told her a refund for this past month would be far more appropriate, and I still want to cancel. Then she threatens me with a $259 cancellation fee! I says you can take that fee and shove it, it’ll be disputed with the bank. She says she’ll file a ticket (but never does) and I hang up. Start to finish, total mess of disorganization and manipulation. I’m repulsed by this company’s lack of ethics and would recommend them to anyone who likes getting spat on for spending good money.

Reilley does a wonderful job! Thorough but brief in explanations. Thorough in application and overall service! The techs are always great. The scheduling and route management needs improvement. Had to call twice to get someone out here and it had been 3 months since last service.

We just had a service done by Dallas and he truly puts customer service at the forefront. He let me know when he would arrive, then when he got there before he started asked if we had any concerns. He did find an issue and immediately sent pictures with us and explained in detail what he found. It’s nice to have a company that makes she their associates focus on customer service. Thank you Dallas for taking the time with us today and making she we were satisfied with Greenix service.

Our technician (Conner) did a great job with our treatment. He even tried to help with a package that was getting drenched in the rain that we didn’t know was delivered. Our experience with Greenix thus far has been great. The technicians are always courteous and friendly, and they’ve never given us an issue about coming back for a re-treat if we see pests. Overall very satisfied!

Cameron was great! He listened to what our main concern was and took the time to listen to what we told him. He had a great sense of humor, the only downside, was that I still have a Dino problem!

Reilly did an excellent job in treating our home for bed bugs. He did a thorough inspection each visit to identify affected areas. He provided all information we needed to prepare for treatment and to result in a successful outcome. He was prompt, knowledgeable , thorough and professional. Thanks so much.

I was sitting only porch when Mark arrived. He introduced himself and asked me if it was a good time for service and it was. He asked about treating close to my flowers & tomato plants which I really appreciated. He also asked if it was okay to sweep the porch ceiling which was also appreciated. He He was very conscientious about while working. He followed up with a text confirming the services provided and if I needed anything else or had any questions to let him know. Mark was great!
