SCAM! I would not recommend this pest control company. They asked me to leave a review at the very beginning of the service, before any work was actually done. And on top of that, they did not hold up their end of the agreement and none of the issues were ever resolved. Despite following up, the problems remain the same! Asking for positive feedback upfront while failing to deliver on promised results is very misleading. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for reliable pest control service. And yeah they charge you $399 fee for early termination of the service they cannot deliver.

She was very nice amazing very respectful informed me. Hope same ladies come again felt very comfortable with them. Did her job very well I ask allot of questions she replied everything I ask. Thank you for sending a woman really like that.

They did a great job they’ve taken care of the many wasp nests And I have not seen a bug inside my house I’ve taken them on. The only negative is after this last visit, my pet spider names Bill, who lives in my bushes has developed a cough. I’ve given him some cough drops and hopefully he will be OK.

Excellent service. #1. They answered their phone. #2. They explained the details of their service. #3. My home was swarmed by ground bees and hornets. I could not get out of my house. They came the same day! I am allergic to these stings so I left the house. The serviceman took care of everything. #4. The price is reasonable. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed with GreenX service. I booked a cockroach treatment service, and it’s been a month now. They came once a week for four weeks, but the agents were unprofessional and didn’t do the job properly. Even after the fourth visit, I still see a lot of cockroaches. When I reached out to them for help, they just beat around the bush and didn’t assist me at all. If you’re planning any indoor or outdoor treatment with them, be careful — they are not professional, and if you still face problems after the treatment, they won’t help.

Called for a quote for removing a wasp nest. The person went on a rant about their maintenance service and other stuff. I asked that I was only interested in a one time service and if they could provide an estimate. Despite mentioning it a few times that I was only interested in a one time service quote, I did not get a straight answer. Based on my conversation, I would not trust this company. By the way, I did not end up getting their service.

Chris called me in advance to let me know that he was on his way and the approximate time. He came to the door and explained everything thoroughly. He went to work right away. He stopped back and provide paperwork and explained it all. He pointed out phone numbers if I need to contact the office or him. Great job!
