I had a yellow jacket nest behind one of my lights outside. My husband is highly allergic and I have a one and a half year old so they could also be possibly allergic. It took them almost 15 minutes to take care of it and give me peace of mind. I don't have the best finances right now and they were able to work with me on that. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Every member of their staff I had the pleasure of interacting with was very friendly and professional. I don't have one disagreeable thing to say about them. Lance was the technician that came out and helped me.

Was notified in advance of service call and, given the option of early service. Very thorough, explained his process, and found the bees! that prompted my call. Jamie was very friendly and seemed to really care about resolving our issues. Would certainly use Greenix again in the future.

We have been having a lot of problems with mosquitoes this year even with regular treatments by Greenix. I called them and they scheduled another service at my convenience. Jordan texted me to let me know that we were on his schedule. He was very courteous, professional and he paid close attention to my concerns. He treated the yards and all of the flower beds. I'm very pleased with the response and service we've received from Greenix.

Nic g treated us like we was his only customers that day . He related to what we needed and told us about every service we should consider. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable to what he was doing . He explained everything step He did and what we should expect in the future from these treatments. Very satisfied with service and will tell all my friends about your company.

The technician that provided the service was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a good job but accidentally damaged an outlet in my house that resulted in a half of the outlets and lights in my house to not work. Since then dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I had to spend significant amount of time on the phone with no results, use my PTO for appointments that were missed and had to find an electrician to repair the damage and get light restored. I regret having chosen this company and will not recommend them, if something goes wrong, they leave you holding the bag.

Greenix is over priced and have poor communication. Be sure you are aware of what you’re signing up for. Greenix will try to make your situation seem worse than it is. They will try to lock you in for monthly services and will charge you without any notice. You will pay for a service, but then it won’t cover your issue. You will then need to pay more to fix your issue on top of your monthly payment. Overall, you are better to do it yourself or find another company. The technicians are at your house for 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend any other company besides Greenix.
