We were convinced to purchase A basic plan from Brea White who repeatedly said not to give him a bad review but we have no choice but to warn others about Greenix. He started at $99 a month but eventually gave us$49 and claimed the contract was the lowest he could give for our area. We learned later that some people received basic for $29. He also kept saying it was quarterly after the start up charge of $99. The treatment is quarterly the payment is monthly. The technician who dusted came and completed our house treatment very quickly. He told us we probably would always have spiders and tried to upsell us on a rodent package by showing ups chewed wires on his phone. We did not buy it but my neighbor did when he used the same sales tactic. Worst of all the product did not resolve our spider problem. We tried to cancel 2 times without success. The first time they told us they would retreat and we could still cancel. This was not true. Yesterday I waited 10 minutes to speak to Niobe who refused to cancel the contract for less than $350. We spent 55 minutes talking and now they are retreating our home for free with VIP service and supplying 2 coupons plus a new rate of $29. My business law knowledge is rusty, but I am pretty sure they violated a number of business and antitrust laws Their product doesn’t work. I still have spiders and spider poop!

Anthony was very thorough in his work and with explaining all of the details to me. He was very friendly and made the whole process less stressful for me.

Greenix was a great choice to go with. I work from home and I have 3 pets. I can't pick up myself, my job, and my pets to leave my house for 6 hours like all the other companies we spoke with were asking. Greenix was able to work with my schedule, and I was able to stay inside my home with my pets (I did keep my pets out of the room that was being worked on). Dylan was the one who came out on this call, and he was educational on what he was doing. As well as the time frame I should see the results. Greenix will definitely be a go to for any future concerns, and I will always recommend Greenix to others.

I've used greenish for probably about 10 years now at all of my different homes and rentals. I have no plans on canceling!

Dylan came out for my routine prevention service. He was kind and explained in detail what was going to be done in preparation for winter. You can tell he enjoys what he does. I am confident that as the cold weather comes in, no pests will be coming into my home. I think the price is reasonable for the service I get. Very happy with Greenix. We actually switched to a different company for a while and went back to Greenix because there was such a big difference in quality. Dylan was out today for our final service of the year and did a great job getting us all set for the winter.
