Greenix took care of a hornet’s nest very fast for us! They communicated very well, told us when they’d be there, and when not to come outside because they were starting work. They were done in a very short time and even sent pictures so we could see it gone. Very professional and friendly. I’d definitely use again and would highly recommend them!

Zach, our technician, was great. He was polite and professional and got the job done quickly. He even was able to show up earlier than scheduled, so that was nice to have done first thing in the morning. The reason for the 3/5 stars is because of the differences between what the sales rep sold me on versus the job that was actually done. The sales rep told me they spray 5ft up and 5ft out. Zach said WI law states only 3ft up and out. The sales rep also said they lay granular 15ft from the house, Zach said they only do a couple of feet. The sales rep also said they'd come back out 30 days after the first spraying, then it would be quarterly. Zach told me that he will be out in 3 months. Either deceptive marketing, or big miscommunication between the sales team and techs. Their rates are the same as every other pest company around, and I only hired them because of those promises that the sales rep mentioned as they were more attractive than what other companies were offering. In the end, they offer the same service as everyone else.

Jennifer came to treat our lawn today and she was amazing! She let me know exactly what she would be doing and advised of potential problems. She also gave us clear instructions and what we should expect to see while the treatment is working. I love Greenix and will be a customer for life! 😁

I found a paper wasp nest right by our front door. I called Greenix, an appointment was scheduled for the next day and Jesus, the technician that came out, took care of it within minutes. He was super polite and friendly. Thanks, Jesus! You deserve 5 stars!

We have had Greenix pest control for several years And continue to have an excellent experience with them. Whenever we have a specific issue, we can call them outside of Our scheduled Time and they will come fix the issue at no extra cost. Lindsay D came by today and was professional, friendly, and efficient! We were having a yellow jacket issue, and she found more nests than we even knew about and took care of them!

Ryan has been wonderful! He has help ease my mind with this whole move issue we have. He made sure walk us around the outside of our house and show us where we need fill to make sure we can keep them out. He set multiple trap in different places. When he came back today I had shown him another place I have been finding mouse droppings and he said not worry we will trap here and take a closer look to see what we can fine. He has been great at explaining everything. I’m very glad we found this company they have been nothing but wonderful and helpful!!!!

We had the best experience ever with Greenix. The technician (Jesus) was prompt and communicative about his arrival. He expertly identified the locations of our issues and set to work on them quickly. He was able to explain everything clearly. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I could not be happier with our choice to go with Greenix for pest control!

Dominick preformed services at our house today. I asked questions of him that he answered. The main office didnt know which caused me to cancel one of my contracts last wk. Dom was very thorough and knowledgeable.
