I signed up with Greenix and was really disappointed with the service. Within the first two weeks, I realized it wasn’t what I was promised. The technician came out, but the treatment didn’t seem effective, and I still had the same pest issues. On top of that, trying to cancel has been frustrating — they don’t make it easy, and the customer service is not very helpful. I expected a trial period or at least some flexibility for new customers, but that hasn’t been my experience. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend them to anyone

Dylan and Alana did a thorough job servicing my yard/home today. They asked if I had questions or any concerns and addressed them. They went beyond their job helping me with a hose issue. Both were very polite and did a great job. I highly recommend them. Thank you for your great service.

Beware. Salespeople verbal assurance isn't honored. Read everything you sign. Bait and switch-extended contract without being honest. $300 cancelation fee. Was happy until attempt to cancel service. Dishonest. Bait and switch. Shame on you.
