Both the representative that signed us up with the company, Manuel, and the technician for our initial service, Tyler, were very professional and clearly explained everything that would be done. They made sure that we had the customer service number if we had any questions or concerns between today and the next service. I have 2 dogs and a young nephew, so I 100% appreciate the pet/kid safe methods they use. Obviously all of the ants etc. didn't line up and keel over right away, but if this review is never updated you can safely assume that they were successfully controlled.

Both Greenix techs (Ricardo & Brandon K) that treated our yard have been very personable, kept in contact w me to let me know areas we needed to keep an eye on with critters in yard & both overcame crazy weather & GPS glitches to provide service. So far, so good as far as service. The sales rep Eli Baker was courteous, thorough & is darn cute too. Hope to say Greenix delivers the same in a few months time!

We had two extremely large, bald faced hornet nests to be removed. Our pest control Expert did a fantastic job. This was a very scary and dangerous scenario and he was excellent.

I’m giving 5 stars to Greenix for their quick response to my inquiry regarding my vole situation. They were able to provide the best solution and price options for my budget. I received next-day service with a professional technician who discussed the process thoroughly and provided a comprehensive explanation of the services; pictures included. That said, I will provide an update regarding the vole situation.

Dimitri was incredible! He answered all of our questions and assured us that he would take care of us. He just did the initial treatment and did not skip anything. I know we made the right choice and that Greenix will take care of all of our pest control needs.
