I recently hired Greenix Pest Control and found the experience to be extremely disappointing. First and foremost, the workmanship was very poor. They did not complete the job as promised, which led me to waste a considerable amount of time calling their customer service line to address the issues. Additionally, I was misled by the salesperson who sold me a 12-month program that, in reality, is only a 9-month service. They do not send a technician out in December, January, or February, yet I am still being charged for these months. It feels incredibly frustrating to pay for services I am not receiving. I absolutely hate paying money and getting nothing in return. Due to my terrible experience, I will never do business with Greenix again. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. There are better options out there that truly provide the service and value that you deserve.

Ignorant salespeople ignoring no soliciting signs (3) and a special sign asking not to knock on door or ring doorbell. If they do not have the ETHICS and CIVILITY to abide by polite and clear requests you guess how poorly you will be treated!!?? Please choose ethical companies. Oh and I called the GreenX 1 800 number suggested in the other similar (same) reviews and the fellow agreed it was a serious violation of corporate policy, offered no action to remedy and brushed me off stating "they would look into it". This was NOT discussing it was in my view a "get lost" - I asked that the owner call me but NO CALL so the offer to discuss - is it real? Will the owner ever reach out or hide - Judge for yourself this is how they treat people.

Anthony and his boss are amazing. Did a wonderful job not only taking care of my problem and the best was that they took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend having them as your technician.

Rory from Greenix was great. He took his time explaining everything about how the product worked as well as what I should expect going forward as we live in an older home which has never had a pest service. He did an exclusion and took down webbing and dusted. He also treated an area I had noticed with yellow jackets. I was honestly considering stopping my service with Greenix but after the visit I am reassured that we chose the right company.

Rodriguez provided outstanding pest control service at my home. He was extremely knowledgeable about mice and their routines, which gave me confidence in the process. Thanks to the traps that were set last week, we successfully caught two mice, and his expertise made the whole experience smooth and effective. Beyond his professionalism, Rodriguez brought a great sense of humor and a friendly attitude that made the visit enjoyable. I truly appreciate his work and highly recommend his services. Thank you!
