Their products do not work. I’ve been patient for two years and have had consistent issues with spider/bugs. Of course, they make it impossible to cancel even though I’m no long in contract!! Use some who is truly local!!!

Chris has been our technician and we really appreciate him. He’s done an excellent job. He’s very friendly and definitely knows what he’s doing and has given us good advice what to do and not to do we would like to thank him. And our dog Milo loved him

I scheduled an appointment and told the guy I wasn't sure if my son would be home and I had to work. He said just let us know and we can cancel. I did that and said I would call to reschedule when i knew my schedule. Then they rescheduled without my knowledge on a day I wasn't home and said they Do that so we don't have to call in. How do you treat inside a house when nobody is there? Then they never advised there's a 39 fee to save your spot.

The employees came to do services; but it seems not effective. This morning; the employee came to spray in my house for the 90 days treatment of the roaches. I had to move everything from my cabinet so that the employee can spray better to kill the roaches. I waited to see the result tonight in hoping that it might be no more roaches after the spray in the morning. To my surprise; I still see roaches running around as usual in my kitchen as I turn on the light. I wish I can cancel my monthly fee; but I cannot due to very expensive cancellation fee.

We have tried several pest control companies, especially for ants and this is the only one that has worked! We couldn’t be happier with the service they provide and how kind and respectful they are. We generally have Corey come out and he is absolutely wonderful! We 100% recommend them and will continue to use them☺️
