My 1st appointment went extremely well. Andrea was professional and super communicative. I really appreciated the time she took initially When she arrived and the follow up when she finished the work. Now I just hope the critters are going to stay away!

Greenix pest control is the best. We started using them about 2 months ago. We have only seen a couple of spiders which died in a day or so. Jacob just did our second treatment. He is so nice and friendly and always works with our schedule. 10 out of 10 I would recommend Greenix.

Our service professional Ryan Rosenzweig was great! He took care of an in-ground yellow jacket next on the same day he did our quarterly service. We didn't mention anything about it until shortly before he was at our house. He did a great job getting rid of it and it was quite sizeable! We greatly appreciate it! Thank you Ryan and Greenix!

The technicians were timely, helpful and very professional. I can already see the improvements with my Box Elder bugs. I highly recommend this company. Attached is a photo of the bugs crawling out from behind my cedar siding.

The best service was sweeping cobwebs outside and getting rid of mice in the house, including plugging holes outside. The worst was not eliminating the swarms of yellow jackets that began entering the house in September, (see photos of some of the hundreds of yellow jackets that entered the house) and the failure to eliminate wasps. Finally, the range of costs in the survey is as misleading as the company’s promises in their contract. The cost for these minimal services was $745.00. They refused to provide any services unless I agreed to have them come out 5 times during a year for $149.00 each time. It didn’t matter that I did not want further service than mice elimination. So I decided to try it. Big mistake. I lost $645.00 because the only service provided that was worth any expenditure was for the mouse issue. None of the other visits provided services that I or a helper couldn’t have done. In addition, despite the plugging of holes to prevent mice being part of the service I paid for, on the final visit they refused to plug a hole, saying they would do it for an additional $120.00. Plugging a hole by putting steel wool in it is not worth $120.00 on top of the $149.00 already paid for each visit. Therefore, I would give 0 stars or negative marks for this company, which treats customers as marks in a con game, given the customer’s inability to cancel the contract during the year without paying the full amount of the contract, and receiving nothing in return. Having to pay almost $800.00 for unwanted service that turned out to be essentially worthless to me, and poorly executed as well, is not much different than being robbed.

Ryan is a fantastic, dedicated and customer oriented employee. He’s informative about what he’ll be doing, how he’ll do it and why it needs to be done. He took on a huge hornet nest during his last visit and it wasn’t easy. Thanks for sending Ryan to perform the pest services I purchase. It’s employees like him that keep me a customer.

So far so good! We have a log home with lots of pest activity. This is the first company we’ve had such good customer service with. Recently Andrew specifically taught us a lot about mice and how to prevent them from entering our home, as well as figured out confusion with administration overcharging us. I hope that he can service our home again as he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time needed to address my concerns. He was very kind and professional as well, very thorough, and was training another person while treating our home. It’s nice that they come out in between services if requested. Unfortunately we’ve needed extra trips to our home throughout the seasons.

Andrew was right on time. Respectful, explained everything and let us ask questions. Everything was done perfectly and my daughter will be happy not to share her bedroom with house centipedes! This was my first service but it seems to be a good company.

Daniel did our initial inspection and service and did a fantastic job! We really appreciate the thoroughness and detail as he explained what he was looking for, how they treat the pest, and what we should be on the lookout for. Excellent 1st visit from Greenix.

We have had a fantastic experience with Greenix, especially Don Nuernberg, our conscientious and knowledgeable service technician. He is friendly and absolutely professional, and expresses warm thanks for working with his company. He is always prompt, texts us when he's on his way, and has a big smile for us while walking up to the door. It's clear that he enjoys his work! Don welcomes all questions and discusses options so that I feel empowered and aware of what actions can be taken. I really appreciate him including me in this way and using terms I can understand. And he is very funny and nice to talk with. As a customer, If you have any issues between treatments, Genius will come out to address it promptly at no cost! And all their work is warrantied! The service is an excellent value for the money, because every corner of our new construction home and basement feels useable and inviting, even the basement. We enlisted the company's help to prevent any pests. And Don clearly respects our property and everyone's safety! He states clearly how long we should leave surfaces alone after treatment. He always puts foot covers on and takes care to keep everything organized, tidy, and safe. I also had a top-notch experience every time I have talked with customer service and the account managers! They all really care about finding great options and solutions tailored to your specific needs, and calls are extremely efficient and pleasant; it takes very little time to get help and inspires real confidence in their expertise and sincere desire to help. They are world-class (unlike other impersonal companies who seem put out when you call, and leave you on hold forever, then seem to be reading from a script). Greenix ensures you're heard and respected at all times! This is now my favorite company because of how kindly and respectfully they treat everyone, and what an amazing value it is for the money. They make me feel safe, respected, and valued as a customer. There's nothing better than reaching out to a company with a service inquiry, and they're truly glad I called, and making every effort to get it addressed. Feels great to be appreciated and to observe every Greenix staff member responding in such a well-informed, confident, and courteous way. Thank you for all you do!
