The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because it came to my attention that the sales rep who I spoke to initially gave me somewhat misleading information on services included in the treatments provided day 1. But if my only interaction was with the service professional, Christina, then this would be 5/5!!!! Christina was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding given how frustrated I initially was the day of service. I am a clean freak & do NOT do well with BUGS. She took her time to speak with me and THOROUGHLY explain. She is very personable and relatable, and even gave personal recommendations based on her experience ! She also asked questions leading up our dog’s flea problem to try to get to root cause. So grateful for her. Thank you Greenix!

Such immediate relief to know yellow jackets are/will be totally gone. Christian was confident and cheerful. He worked quickly and answered many questions patiently. So happy to have someone to call if another critter shows up, which I'm sure won't happen. The entire outside soffit and house base is protected. I'm grateful to have Greenix with me for at least a year.

Great technician, Jorge, and great price. The price I listed was includes the startup fee. The price for treatment is $40, which is about $15, less than I paid another company monthly. My technician worked with me on everything. Everyone in the main office worked out a decent price and service for my home. We shall see how the next 12 months goes with this service but initially I am satisfied.
