**Warning: Be Cautious with Greenix Pest Control** I had a very disappointing experience with Greenix. They charged me \$105 for the initial service and then \$381 just to cancel. Be aware—they don’t have technicians readily available, and their customer service isn’t helpful. I signed up for a two-arc treatment, but they sprayed less than a quarter of the area. When I raised concerns, they simply said, *“If you see pests again, we’ll spray for free in two weeks.”* Unfortunately, the entire contract is written in their favor. **Important Notice:** Just two days after their service, I found a deer tick in my child’s room. I documented the issue and opened a file about it. They have poor online reviews for a reason—please search them on Google before signing anything. Most customers are not satisfied. This situation caused a lot of stress for me and my family. I strongly advise against trusting Greenix.

Jon from Greenix was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and provided me with a copy of the 20-point home inspection. I’ve had other companies come out to spray for mosquito activity before, but I watched from the window this time and was truly impressed by the level of service. Greenix went above and beyond compared to previous providers. Thank you, Jon and Greenix, for the excellent service!

So far, Greenix has done an outstanding job (especially our pest control technician Devon!). When we had a couple of issues that continued to be a problem, Greenix immediately said they'd make it right and scheduled a reapplication - no questions asked. In addition, Devon, our knowledgeable pest control technician, does his job with great care, always calmly explains exactly what he is doing, and patiently answers any questions that we may have. All in all, we are impressed!

Showed up when they said they would. The technician texted me when he was on his way. He seemed very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing, and provided a seemingly comprehensive service even though I had only called them for a specific problem. Cost was very reasonable, I just don't like the subscription business model.

Arrived as scheduled. Cory was very polite and informative regarding what he planned to do that day. He is also a VERY hard worker. We have a large property and I could not believe how much he hustled to get it done. He also informed me when he was leaving and when it would be safe to take my dogs out again. Fingers crossed that the service will work well to keep my property pest free
