Awesome service, technician on site one day after I called to set an appointment. Very friendly and professional, intelligent in their field, described each step of the process in great detail. Daniel Wilson was my service technician, 10/10 would recommend and request him personally for any other service needed in the future!

I would highly recommend. We needed a hornets nest removed. They were very professional and got us in quickly. Great follow-up service. Reasonably priced. We appreciated that they offered a one time service where other companies wanted a monthly service plan.

Justin Smith is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me some areas surrounding the foundation of my home where mice were entering. He explained what he could do about it, including some pics and I was charged a reasonable price for the service.

He listened to me explain my situation with the yellow jackets and showed concern with taking care of the problem quickly and correctly. He explained both what he did during his visit and also explained in greater detail what my seasonal plan I signed up for would consist of. He cleaned up in the area he worked in. Wonderful! Daniel Wilson (Clay) came out for a rodent inspection, he could not have been nicer. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and put me at ease. He took his time explaining everything to me and was patient with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

This review is for Angelo specifically. He did a phenomenal job. He was thorough, prompt, and kind. He was very respectful and did excellent work. However, Greenix, as a whole company does struggle with communication, hence the four star review. Calling and scheduling is difficult and often requires jumping through hoops. Again, Angelo did an excellent job. He, alone, deserves five stars!

The techs that Greenix have are very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of property. This go around our tech, Simon, took care of everything nicely. As we were not home during the servicing, Simon sent detailed texts about the procedures being executed. Good Communication and pricing are top reasons why we are happy with Greenix. We’ve had them for 6 months and we have been thrilled with the results of no pests in our yard and house.
