Having a great experience with Greenix. We have been using their team since June2025. No complaints and I feel it has in fact reduced the bugs in our yard. One of the technicians, Jacob was a pleasure to work with and very informative

Mario came out last night and really took the time to pay attention to detail!!! He was awesome and knowledgeable. We understand that the yellow jackets, wasps etc are worse than we’ve seen in a while. We will continue to do business with this company because they are on point. Their customer service is excellent.

$53 per month for them to come out quarterly to spray for pest prevention. Needed to cancel early because our new tenants had their own service provider and was charged a $250 early cancellation fee. Wouldn’t recommend this company

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Greenix Pest Control has been so frustrating that I want to warn others. I initially called about a yellow jacket issue at my Philadelphia townhome. The salesperson was professional and assured me they could send someone the next day. While the price was high, it seemed within market — so I moved forward. That’s where everything fell apart. On the scheduled day, no one called or came to the correct entrance. They simply knocked on the first floor of the building and left, even though we live on the top floor. I had to reschedule, which was a huge hassle. When they finally came out and performed the service, the yellow jackets didn’t go away. When I called them back, the technician admitted they didn’t even have the right equipment to fix the problem and recommended I call another company. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve now wasted over an hour (yes, seriously) on hold with their customer service, trying to reschedule and then trying to get my money back. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. I would strongly advise others to stay far away from Greenix Pest Control.

Brendan did a great job today, was very thorough outside and inside the home, briefed me on what was done, and status of any issues. He messaged me when he was on his way which I appreciated, was courteous to my wife and I, was a pleasant experience all around. Thanks Brendan

Spoke with the customer service representative, Isaac who gave us a complete overview of the services including cost and amount of visits. The price was very reasonable. The technician came the following day and treated my townhome. He was very friendly and informative. He gave us a 20 point Home Inspection followed by the treatment. We are very pleased!!
