Ben was very professional and explained everything to me. I showed him all the evidence of everything I knew about and he addressed all of those issues. I went inside and he did his thing and knocked just under an hour at the door to let me know that he had completed the services and showed me where he put traps for the rat issues. The only task not completed was closing the holes that the rats had made to enter and exit because he ran out of copper mesh. He assured me that would be done on the next visit. I have never had these issues before as a homeowner so I have nothing to compare it to, so I will hold off judgment until the services and products have had time to do their job.

Absolutely recommend! Cody was near treating a neighbors home we flagged him down. He gave us information on how to contact Greenix and get things set up. After the his professionalism and good vibrant attitude I decided to use the services. Cody did a miracle by getting me set up with a plan and came back to do a treatment 20 mins later. I’m happy with these guys. They showed up about 2 days after calling when everyone else was offering 2-3 weeks out for scheduling. When the technician, Cody, showed up, he was extremely professional and friendly. When I showed him around, he was making his recommendations on what I could do for prevention in the future and offer what he can Do to take care of the problem So that I would understand what to expect during the process. So a little back story. Over the past month, I've been finding a couple yellow jackets here or there inside the house, specifically in my son's room or right outside his room in the hallway. Usually they're dead or just crawling around very close to dead, so I didn't think much of it. Thought maybe they were getting in an open door or through his window AC unit, but then it was just one or two so I let it go. Well, yesterday afternoon, as I'm laying my son down for his nap, I find 8 of them in his room, all either crawling or buzzing around angrily. A couple of them had been in his closet. Then after laying him down, I find a couple more in my bathroom. So I called Greenix. They were the first ones to show up on my 'wasps inside my house' Google search. They got their technician, Lucky, out to my house the very next day. He was promptly on time and very courteous. He explained everything, he told us what was going on step-by-step. He looked around inside the house and outside. He treated my son's room as that's where they were concentrated and where he believed they had to be getting in through the AC unit. He went around outside to see if he could find a nest out there, which he did! Found a nest in our old trailer we had parked behind the house. Treated that to get rid of them, and finished around the whole house. He took care of all the cobwebs and other little critters scuttling about, not just the wasps. Lucky was very thorough, and so far I am very pleased with the service. I'm hopeful that the problem has been taken care of, but Greenix told us if we see any kind of pest around, to call and they'll send someone right back out.
