I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a complete scam. We signed up on July and received our monthly and quarterly service. Since that time, we have had our monthly mosquito/tick services missed for August and September. The October service lasted for about 2 minutes when the Account Manager said it should have been 20-30 minutes. Our quarterly service was supposed to be performed in October and was never completed. When I called to cancel, I was told we would need to pay $299 cancelation fee. I had to fight the Account Manager that they did not hold up their portion of the agreement so I should not have to pay this fee. Overall, we paid $249 initial fee and 3 months at $99 to have nothing but the initial treatment done. We were completely taken advantage of and the comapny did absolutely nothing to make it right. Complete waste of $550. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Just had our first service done. Our service technician, Mike, was very friendly and well informed on the subject matter. He also was thorough and offered us many helpful tips on what to look out for throughout the home, especially in high traffic areas for bugs!

Blake did a great job today. He also treated an issue I had with some bees. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Blake was very courteous and polite. He answered all my questions clearly and understandable. I would recommend definitely recommend Greenix and Blake for all your pest control and lawn needs. Awesome job😃

This company has been nothing but a headache. When I signed up in May, I was told this would be a monthly service — only to later find out it’s actually every three months. Because of that, we spent the entire summer stuck with a bug-infested yard and couldn’t even enjoy being outside. The two times a technician actually came, they did a great job — but the appointments were rescheduled and constantly changed. Every time I’ve called about the ongoing bug problems, I get told someone will follow up… yet no one ever does. The only thing this company manages to do consistently is take the payment out of my account. Now they want to charge a $300 cancellation fee for canceling a service that’s been misleading, unreliable, and completely ineffective from the start. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually cares about their customers and delivers on what they promise.

Had a great experience with Greenix. They made sure to clean all the spider webs up as well as take great care around my landscaping. Friendly and prompt! Listened to my concerns as well as explained what they did and answered all of my questions. Thanks to Cooper, I will no longer have to worry about the bugs!
