The tech was awesome and explained everything while he worked. I was really impressed. So was the person I had talked to on phone setting up appt. Very happy!!!

We had our first experience with Greenix. Tyler explained all the services they offer and sent a technician the next day. Kyle was very thorough and we appreciate that they offer eave sweep.

Tyler, who stated he was the owner, did a door to door sales at my house. I informed him of the bad experience I had with ecoshield and did not like the 1 year contract we had with ecoshield. He explained they were a "small local business" kind of like a mom and pop shop. I've never heard of them before, so i just took his word on that.. (apparently they're nationwide.) I was informed many times "to try us for one month" and that if I was not happy I can cancel at anytime without additional charges or cancelation fees. Being a "local business" with a younger "business owner" and "risk free" i figured why not.. So I paid for the intro service and there is no change in the ant issue i was having at all- During the initial service, I was talking with the technician outside to not spray on my vegetable garden bed and while talking, he accidentally sprayed me with the pesticides. I'm currently pregnant so I told him I needed to shower it off and the tech told me that "it's mostly water anyways". Not sure if to make me feel better for getting sprayed but water doesn't help with killing ants. It's been 2 weeks since my treatment so I called to cancel and have been informed that it is a 1 year contract and in order to cancel I have to pay $299. Which is the complete opposite of what i stressed to tyler when he was selling me the service. So I've been lied to. The agreement signed is very long and small print on a tablet. He scrolled through the sections explaining some to me, but my important questions were about cancelation since I had such a bad experience with ecoshield I did not want to be in contract or have to pay to cancel. Apparently you only have 3 days to cancel from the day you sign. I signed 06/28 and my service was 07/02 so I didn't even have 3 days to see if the service worked. I'm extremely disappointed in this and do not recommend anyone to sign up for this service unless you want to be in a 1 year contract unknowingly. When I called customer service the person on the phone was extremely rude and basically told me I have to pay the cancelation fee or they'll keep charging me. And theres no way they can cancel it. Update: shortly after I found video footage on my ring camera of the conversation I had with Tyler of free cancelation, "the owner", and a lot of other false information so I called their customer service and apparently they can cancel without the charge but with only with evidence of such conversation taking place.

If there was negative star it is what I would rate it. On a monthly plan no one ever shows up. They try ripping you off by pushing dates off due to various reasons so you are out a visit. Call customer service they pretend like will get on schedule when supposed to and then they appointment gets cancelled last minute. It is a rip off. Go with a different company. I end up calling them to set up appointments.

Andrew arived to day to take care of our wasp nest. He did an excellent job explaining what he will be doing and what he will all be looking for during his inspection of our yard and home exterior. He was successful in regards to removing our wasp today!! A++ job Andrew!! Diane Janesville
