I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. They don’t fix your pest problem and they charge a lot of money and lock you into a contract. This is my second service visit. I still have so many bug problems. I have contacted their customer service team and they just brush my concerns off and then move my scheduled visit up to sooner to “fix” the problem. This time the tech was there for like a total of 10 minutes. He didn't address the issues that I had called and talked to 2 different reps about and they said they would pass the info along to the tech doing the service. I also now have a mouse inside my house for the first time in the 2 years I have lived there and I have more spiders than ever. After the first visit they said wait 2 weeks to see results. Two weeks later there were still ants everywhere and I tried calling and texting them and the tech who did my service initially and no response from anyone for weeks. So much for a guarantee of their work! This is a joke.

Greenline Pest Solutions has been so responsive to any concerns I have had. In fact, their product is so great, I haven’t had any concerns. My service provider, Trey, talks to me whenever I’m home. He really educates me on wasps, ants, and mosquitoes. He’s careful to spray in areas that they might lay eggs or congregate. Trey is a great communicator and I feel that he really cares about doing an outstanding job around my home. I highly recommend this company and especially Trey. Today my home was serviced by Adrian C. He did a great job of mosquito fogging and baiting the mosquito traps. He was mindful of some construction workers in my backyard, for safety and courtesy, he opted to return to fog the backyard at a later time. I really appreciate this company’s commitment to safety.

I do not get anything for posting this review and I waited until the second service to post a review to give fair feedback. The initial service was great and I saw a lot of insects disappear. I did discover a ton of beetles coming out from around my porch and dying. I didn’t even know I had a problem with Beetles, so that was a good thing to get taken care of. About a month later, I noticed an infestation of wasps around the eaves of my carport and my deck. I called greenline and they scheduled a provider to come out. My tech, Sky, was awesome and went above and beyond to get all the wasps out. We both were shocked at how many nests we had. I’m grateful for the work he did and I am very grateful for our service. I highly recommend their services and I will do follow up reviews. I never really checked into their payment options, but I pay monthly. It’s not too much and it’s been a huge help. I’m probably the last person that would want to invest in pest control because I’m more into natural resources. But this truly has seemed to help my garden and my plants as well.

He was very nice and very professional. Watching him do his thing it was better than any previous service that I have had. I am very pleased and would recommend him to anyone. He took his time and made sure he got everything. We had him do the inside and again very polite and respectful and did a great job. He also did a great job on the outside. I certainly do not expect any bug problem in the future. He was great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Emilio did such a great job with our bug spraying! He was incredibly thorough and made sure to cover everything carefully. What really stood out was how sweet and gentle he was with both my daughter and our puppy—it meant so much to see that kind of kindness. Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented—I couldn’t recommend him more!

Jordan did an awesome job! Really took our concerns into consideration. He wanted to make sure he had all our questions and concerns answered. He made sure he sprayed everything inside and outside really well. Let him know we haven’t had the best luck with the application before and he made sure it was done really good and right! I appreciate him and his work.

Arvel has to be the best technician I have ever worked with. We have a ground wasp nest in a window well and he addressed the situation based on knowing what type of wasp, how to approach and treat the nest. Arvel’s communication was thorough and he made sure we understood what he did, why he did it, and what to expect. Arvel proactively schedule a follow up to check back in. Absolutely fantastic service, communication, and courtesy. I recommend Greenline Utah and Technician Arvel!

I have been with Greenline PC for 6 months now. The service has been excellent. The technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We just completed our fall service and Logan was a pleasure to with. He explained the entire service and had some insightful recommendations for us due to our backyard being close to a steep hill that is overgrown.
