My appt was booked 8-12, at noon I emailed and was told they were running behind. Curtis called me to apologize for the delay. When someone takes accountability, I think it speaks to the value the company offers. Once the team arrived, super nice and friendly, they got rid of the nests and they sprayed around the house, here’s hoping they won’t come back.

Have had few issues with mice and ants this year. The staff at Greenshield Pest Control are fantastic from the office personnel to the fieldworkers. They are all friendly, professional, courteous, efficient and many have good sense of humor! And to top it off, my pest issues have been resolved, for this year anyway. The Greenshield service technician Kris G. was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and clearly explained the problem and the treatment. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I had a huge wasp nest perched in the cedars in my backyard. I tried to tackle it on my own but failed so I reached out to Greenshield Pest Control. Danielle and Ember were very helpful and courteous with providing information and booking. We hired Greenshield for Wasp nest removal. Called on a Sunday night and received a call very next morning, and had the appt scheduled for Tues morning. Very quick turnaround. Pricing was competitive. Tech arrived at his scheduled time and was polite, informative, and efficient in completing the job. He had all the tools to do the highest removal spot, which we thought might need a second team. It was the hottest day ever, and he remained polite and efficient even though he had to suit up in layers. Everything was done within half an hour, start to finish. Patrick- our tech- knew his stuff. No wasps have come back, even that first night, to swarm and figure out where their nest went. I would highly recommend Greenshield, and if you have wasps, you need Patrick!!
