    I had such a great experience with Greenway Pest Solutions! John and Chris were absolutely fantastic. They were not only professional and thorough in their work, but also incredibly friendly and respectful the entire time. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. You can tell they really care about their work and take pride in doing a great job. I highly recommend Greenway, especially if you’re lucky enough to have John and Chris on the job!

    This is the best service I've ever had. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Joseph and the others leave very detailed descriptions of the work they performed, so you're never left wondering. You won't find a better company.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Trevor from Greenway Birmingham is hands down the best pest control professional I’ve ever worked with! From the moment he arrived, his friendliness and approachable attitude put me at ease. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything he was doing — I never felt in the dark about the process. What really stood out was his excellent communication. He followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in doing the job right. If you’re looking for top-notch pest control service with a personal touch, Trevor is your guy. Highly recommend!

    Johnathan was great! Super communicative, thorough, and came out fast after I asked for some extra yard treatment. I'm in Huntsville and so far, the experience has been solid. I signed up after a cool sales chick came to the door — and right after, I told my boyfriend I think I got got, and that we really need to put up that no soliciting sign. 😂 Later, I looked up reviews and got a little nervous because there were a lot of negative ones recently, especially in the Huntsville area. But honestly… some of them just sounded like people, peopling. (Please folks, read the contract before signing and binding — I see this enough in property management. Understand your lease agreement before signing; it’s the same with all contracts.) Anyway, we haven’t been disappointed at all. Just wanted to share that in case the reviews make someone second-guess trying them out..

    Technician Trevor came and serviced our home today. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure our needs were addressed. We are new customers and he made us feel comfortable in giving them our business.

    We have had the worst experience with this company and would highly recommend to NEVER use them. We started using them almost a year ago when a salesman came to our door. We were excited about all the services they offered even though we thought it was a little expensive. The first few months everything was going pretty good and Greenway was doing a good not great job; however, about April of 2025, Greenway's services began to really fall off. The technician would come to the house and stay 5 or 10 minutes and do very little then leave. We had issues with spider webs, pest, and the mosquitos were awful. I called them several times and told them that we were not happy with services. In addition to calling them, I began to e-mail them starting around May 13, 2025 complaining of numerous spider webs (see attached photos), pest, and mosquitos. I asked that they come respray, which is what there guarantee says they will do, however, I was told in writing twice that they could not respray. This was a lie, which I confirmed with a manager. The manager also told me that two of the customer service reps had been let go because of similar situations. I sent at least 8 written correspondences and had several phone calls over the last 5 months trying to get Greenway to provide the services they agreed to in the contract; however, they never would and never came out to respray or correct the issues. I was left with no choice but to cancel the Agreement on Sept. 11, 2025, which was confirmed in writing and with a phone conversation with a manager, who is no longer working with Greenway anymore. Apparently, they canceled my service like I requested, but they still charged my credit card for the month of October even though they did not perform any services in October. After two lengthy conversations with another account manager the past two days, she confirmed and apologized that they did not do what they were supposed to do; however, she said there was nothing she could do about it. She further stated that if I still wanted to cancel, I would have to pay the cancellation fee, and they would not refund the $140 October payment. Lastly, this is a franchise and there is no way to speak with anyone local. All numbers send you to there national call center. I asked the manager if I could speak to someone local and she said no. This is a terrible company and I would never do business with them.

    I had an excellent experience with Greenway! Albert was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He completed both interior and exterior services spraying baseboards, treating the garage, brushing down webs and wasp nests, and applying a crack and crevice treatment around the home. He even detailed the foundations, eaves, and entryways, leaving everything looking great. I really appreciate how clearly he explained the service and the care he took. Highly recommend Greenway and Albert for anyone needing pest control done right!

    Jonathan completed the periodic service of our home a few days ago and did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job! He was extremely nice, professional and very interesting to talk to. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in providing professional customer service. As an example, I noticed that he took it upon himself to pick up a loose trash bag from beyond our fence and dispose of it himself. That speaks volumes of his character. Thank you so very much Jonathan. It was truly my pleasure to meet you today. We'll done sir and I hope you can continue to take care of our pest control services.

    I had an excellent experience with Jarvon Peoples from Greenway Pest Solutions. He was on time, very professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process. Jarvon was thorough inside and outside my home and made sure to address every concern I had. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and polite he was, it’s clear he takes pride in his work. He was very nice and my husband and I will request to have him back for our next pest treatment.
