I have to specifically mention the tech that we had come to our home for a special service on a Saturday. His name is Mario, or as we refer to him now, Super Mario. He came to our home and patiently took care of all our concerns. He was so knowledgeable and gave us some great tips!. Sometimes we feel that we are under some type of VIP membership because they always make us feel that way. That's just the way they have always been with us as their customers. Highly recommend them.
