The termite inspector himself Gary West was amazing. However he was scheduled to leave for Italy the day after he completed the termite inspection and we needed section 1 clearance only. I was told by Griffin Pest Management, Violet Mendoza, that they couldn't give us the section one clearance unless we had work done on a section 2 issue, which wasn't an issue at all. It just hadn't been painted. So even though we were clear on what we needed Griffin Pest Management would not give us the section one clearance unless we had the section 2 work done, which was just a coat of paint over a water stain that had been fixed over 3 years ago. I spoke with Gary before he left for Italy and he said he thought that the office would go ahead and give us the actual verbiage for the section one clearance but that's not what happened. I'm basically paying for work that I didn't need done just So I could get the section one clearance that I did need. If the inspector, Gary West , goes independent , I would use him again but not while he's working for Griffin pest management. . Keep looking for another inspection company because you may end up Paying for work you don't need just to get the "ok" on what you do need. This was so disappointing.

Management doesn't return customer calls. The service technician, Josh, however, who services my home does a great job though. He is a nice guy, provides great customer service, and he’s very knowledgeable and thorough. He is an employee they can be proud of.

I am more than satisfied with the work Griffin did on my house! We had birds who chipped away at the stucco and made a home inside the exterior wall. They removed the debris, repaired the stucco (& painted it to match), placed wood around the area to ensure the birds won't return & treated the roof so that they had no place to land if they tried to return (as they usually do every year). I wish I had found them sooner & highly recommend them. I wish I had taken a before photo to compare, but the work they did looks crisp & clean.

very good company.Mike watts came and had a detailed inspection of attic and other part of home and gave me a good quote for fumigation.He also quoted for repair of fungus damage to wood door frame and fascia of my garage. Fumigation crew were good,showed up on time and tented and removed it as scheduled. After a week an experienced employee came to my house and repaired my garage fascia with douglas fair wood and removed damaged wood from my door frame and restored it like new and painted that. very happy with the result.Highly recommend them .the company has professional ,experienced workers

Excellent customer service! We’ve been using Griffin for many, many years. We referred by a friend and used them for our triplex in OC, a business my husband worked for, and now our home in LA. They’ve always done an outstanding job. They are extremely professional, accommodating and fair prices. The automation for reminders, appointments, etc are very convenient for us! We appreciate it in our busy world. Every tech that’s been out is on time, very professional and goes above and beyond. I wish I could remember all of their names to give them kudos - but can only remember Mike who serviced our property twice this week, and on previous visits. The dispatchers/customer service gals are amazing as well. Always very friendly and they go above and beyond to accommodate when they can.
