The gentleman that has been spraying our property for the last three months has done a wonderful job. He is polite, and always pays attention to details and we have a pretty large yard. I really appreciate that I have been having the same technician lately as that has not always been the case. It helps to create a relationship of trust between the tech and the customer. Jon/John B. He is very polite and explained the process well for the survey that they are conducting. I would like to add that though I was not bothered by this, this approach does make for an uncomfortable interaction between client/person and your employee. It also puts your employee in a position for an escalated negative response if the wrong person is approached ( 2 of my coworkers immediately turned their backs on him and acted as if he was stalking them)
