I called Groton Pest Control at 9am on Monday morning and was seen by 1:30pm that same day! (Hornets coming into our basement) Jim was awesome, explaining the treatment, what to look for and told me he would be happy to come back if we saw any new bees after a certain amount of time. He gave me a lot of knowledge about the particular situation, allowing me to understand the issue and course of treatment. Jim and his wife (who answered my call and booked the appointment) were kind, pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate Jim, and his expertise. I would highly recommend Groton Pest Control.

We live in a small ranch style home and are surrounded by woods. There are bound to be some mice. This is what every other pest control business had told us. Basically, deal with it. Groton Pest Control came in with a completely different attitude, and -knock on wood- no more issues. No sounds in the walls, no droppings on the counter, no heart-racing surprises when grabbing a glass of water in the middle of the night, nothing. This is a short term (under 6 months) review, so we’ll see how things are in the long run, but for the price and service, I’d gladly have GPC monitoring the situation year round. Terrific service across the board. Quick to respond and act, punctual, polite, and overall extremely effective and knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing to work with GPC to keep our house more sanitary and livable.
