They took the time to explain how organic mulch can sometimes introduce or attract ants and offered a treatment plan that was safe, effective, and didn’t interfere with our garden or outdoor spaces. I am so glad I found Ground Level to deal with the giant wasp nest on my deck. Sonny answered my inquiry quickly, was easy to deal with, called me when he was on site and totally solved the issue. I needed professional assistance because there was a bird's nest right underneath the deck near the wasps -- and I didn't want to harm the birds. We had a major yellow jacket problem - burrow in the yard and nest in the house wall. Sonny from Ground Level got right back to me and was able to come out same day. We were still seeing some wasps getting into the house after a week, but before I could reach out to ask about it, Sonny reached out to see how it was going. He came back out and took care of a third, hidden nest. Haven't seen any live wasps since (about a week later).
