Guardian Pest Control has been wonderful to work with! Their customer service is superb, and Elton is absolutely amazing! He helped us get our mice issue under control in just two visits, and we’re forever grateful. He’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, and takes his time during each visit. I’m always impressed by how much he remembers and how thorough he is. Couldn’t recommend Elton and Guardian Pest Control enough!

Incredible! I had a wasp nest on the front of my house and I'm highly allergic. Guardian was able to set up a speedy appointment and Sam arrived and was fantastic! Not only were the wasps taken care of but there was a plan for how I could stay safe during the removal and then how to stay safe until the wasp activity goes away. Look, I was going around looking for an affordable and fast way to solve my wasp problem and I called a lot of places. First of all, they're not as nice as the people at Guardian and secondly, Guardian gave me a warranty until the end of the season if the wasps were to become a problem again. When I asked all their competitors about a warranty they laughed and said wasps are unpredictable. No kidding, so why no warranty? Everyone there is terrific and Sam was the star of the show. I know that Guardian will be the company I use for life for these issues and if I need them again I'll ask if Sam can be the technician. I did the research, I called all the different places and got all the prices. Guardian was the most affordable option with other companies coming in at the same price or slightly higher but they're missing the two most important things. The people at Guardian HQ and Sam. I'm sure the other technicians are great too because so far I've spoken to 3 of the people working there and they're all nice. If you need a pest control company that will take care of your problem, keep your family safe while doing it, and stand behind their work, there is no better choice than Guardian Pest Control.

From May of 2025. My wife spotted a swarm of termites in our yard near a fence post, so we called Guardian. Patrick came out promptly for an assessment and did a thorough inspection of our entire property. He found a few small areas around the house that needed treatment and explained everything in detail, from how termites behave, to their movement patterns, and how their hybrid treatment approach works. Jeremy, our technician, came out on a Saturday. He was very professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He treated the interior areas first, and since it was raining, we agreed to delay the outdoor treatment for a week to make sure it was done properly. Jeremy came back the next week and completed the job with the same care and attention. The office staff was also great. Professional, responsive, and on top of communication the entire time. Fair pricing and exceptional service. 100% recommend this company!

Professional and thorough! The representative who visited my home took his time inside and outside of my house and explained the reason for any recommended service. So far Guardian has been great. Sam is our usual technician, always courteous, efficient and considerate for our pets. We're on the gold shield plan since we bought the house, and haven't had any issues. They didn't come to the door as soon as we moved in like others, they weren't pushy, but were recommended to us by neighbors and friends. Always really transparent and professional. When we asked for specific treatment for carpenter bees, they were honest, suggesting waiting for next season and monitoring since it was probably too late, instead of trying to charge us more and just pushing to treat right away.

I have used Guardian for about three years now, and have a quarterly contract with them. The technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, as well as efficient. I get a call prior to their arrival, which is always appreciated, and they are very thorough in checking for any pests and proactive about preventing any possible infestations. Since working with Guardian I have not had any issues with pests of any kind.

Bret was a very helpful, charming, and handsome man. We had Terminix prior to switching to Guardian at my house and dealt with a considerable amount of roaches that never went down. It has been 2 weeks since he treated and neither I nor the 4 other people have seen anything. God bless him and the extensive time he took to help us!
