So far so good. I had yellow jackets eating their way into my family room. The eaves on the outside and the entrance hole on the inside were dusted and the nest is quiet. Quick, efficient and a 30 day guarantee!!! Great job!

The folks at Guardian were consistently on time, courteous, and responsive. Not only did they do great treatment and repair work for a fantastic price, but they managed to meet a tremendously tight deadline. They provided great customer service; One of the guys even brought up my recycling can!

Great prices and great staff. I've never had issues with the service and the fact that it's family owned and operated is really important to me. If you're looking for quarterly services for a good price, Guardian is your company! They'll come out and take care of anything they missed or any issues that arise after, but for me mostly I never have issues after the service.

Not sure what happened to this company. I was a happy returning customer, but they answer the phones as a different company now. My file wasn't retained, so I essentially had to re-enroll as a new customer, not a huge deal. However, I scheduled service for a window of 8-11am. I took time off from work so they could provide service indoors, 11am came around and no one showed up. I called their dispatch and they said my service time was scheduled for 11am-2pm. Unable to take more time off, I had to cancel the service and have decided to find another company. Unfortunately I took time off work for absolutely nothing. It's 2023, why they don't have automated text, email, or phone confirmations for appointments is beyond me.

After being stood up by a different exterminator, I was recommended Guardian from a friend, and I am so thankful! Not only were they willing to accommodate my night shift work schedule, but they arrived exactly on time and charged significantly less for their service! Mike was friendly and efficient, and very understanding of my questions to protect my pets from the chemicals. He quickly found the source of the problem- a candy one of my cats had batted under the TV stand probably months ago! He even sprayed outside, which was already completed by the condo association’s own exterminator. He really went above and beyond, turning a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Guardian Exterminators!
