Excellent organization! After two kittens showed up in our back yard for several days we called our local animal control as we didn't know what to do. Habitat was then notified & Donna (trapper) got everything in place for TNR...ended up with 4 kittens & the Mom! All were feral & returned back but the smallest that was placed with Tiny Tigers program. We learned so much from Donna (who is awesome!) from how to build their winter cat houses, feeding tips, to understanding feral cat needs. All just an amazing experience..Thank you!

I volunteered here for several years. All cats and kittens are treated extremely well. Caring volunteers do a great job taking great care of all the cats and kittens.

I rescued my beautiful longhair Calico, Keeley, nine years ago and she’s been the best companion. 😻

Habitat for Cats NY is a highly unprofessional place who doesnt actually help and are only interested in "how to pay". They won't hesitate to block you even if you have cat who needs rescue. THEY DONT CARE FOR CATS. Dont use their services.

Horrible experience. About a month after I filled out the adoption application, and after leaving several voicemails, sending several emails, and driving by and leaving messages with volunteers, Ginny called me and stated that she was going to call my veterinarian the next day to verify that my dog was up to date with her vaccinations. She had already verified that my other two animals, a dog and a cat, were up to date. She stated that I would be able to pick the cat up the next day after she made the call. Approximately 3 more weeks have gone by. I, once again, have sent numerous emails and left voicemails. I've had no response at all. My 7 year old daughter is extremely upset, as I told her that we would be picking up the kitten the next day, after speaking with Ginny. I can't even call the service horrible, because the service has been nonexistent!!! I adopted my current cat from them, about two years ago. Everything went perfectly. Boy, have they fallen off over there.
