We never received our quote so we called back to check in and were scheduled for today. No one ever confirmed with us. Called back and they said they still don’t have a quote. 11 days later. They want to look at it again. Someone from their company was already out to look and gave us a bill for that. We would still be waiting if we hadn’t chased them down. I paid thousands of dollars to have termite damage fixed only to possibly have more waiting for them to never get back to me. An entire day wasted. People take off of work for scheduled appointments and lose money when they do. This is not right.

Just had Halls exterminating spray my home for the first time. He was very friendly and explained everything and told us where he was spraying and for what answered all our questions. Will be coming back every quarter for spraying. Hall Exterminator came back for the second time but this time we had wasps under our back deck he not only sprayed inside and out around the house he sprayed two big paper wasps nets. Thank you for taken care of our house Daniel.

Louis did my services today and I was very satisfied with his promptness, professionalism and knowledge. He was thorough in his work and addressed all my concerns. Thank you to all staff for making this a good experience!

Halls was recommended by my builder. They did the initial move-in spray, due to the house being vacant and there being crowlers around the house. Later I contact them to do a flea treatment. With their guidance I was able to control the issue. Thank you Halls for always being so reliable and helpful! Love the lady on the phone, when I call she is always so nice and the guys that have come to do the services are super nice!

The staff are very knowledgeable of the products they offer and provides suggestions about ways to save. The rep that came by did an excellent job and walked me through what he was doing. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and commitment to providing great service.
