Our initial inspection and service was completed on 8/11/25 as a new service customer. Our technician Tim was very prompt, thorough, and professional. He took time to explain everything that he was doing and took great care of our home inside and outside. At my request Tim removed a termite trap/bait around our foundation to explain and illustrate how they work. I’m very satisfied with the first visit.

Collin has been to treat my home twice now and has made me happy each time. He explained every step he was going to do before hand and I liked that. He is a very well trained technician in his field. I'm not sure if you can request a certain tech but if you could ,I would like Collin to come back to my place. I'm comfortable around him.
