If I could give zero stars, I would. I had service with them, made my payments with them each time but I didn’t realize there was a payment that was missed for the last service because I thought they had my credit card information. and instead of them having the decency to call me to tell me that a payment is past due, they sent me to a lawyer for collections! I gladly would’ve given them my credit card number AGAIN to clear up any balance, but instead of having the decency as a business to call their customer and ask them if they could get payment, they sent me to law office?! I had no idea there was a miss payment and a simple phone call from this company could’ve cleared all that up. Shame on you!

I've used them in two locations. Each time they were fairly priced. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, he is more than fair and won't charge you for things you don't need,he doesn't push an upsell and his workers are friendly and competent. If we have bug issues I'll be calling Hassman again.

I have used Hassman Termite for over 20 years for my business and my home. I can still remember finding these weird little bugs with wings and I called them based on a positive recommendation even back then. They came right away, inspected my home and showed me multiple signs of termite infestation and what to look for, treated the problem and I signed up for the annual program to guarantee my property never had termites again. I also use them annually for a treatment that keeps ants, spiders, crickets and other things I don't like out of my house. They are ALWAYS willing to answer questions, their customer service is superior and they are locally invested in the community with numerous organizations. I trust them and would never use anyone else.

They are professional and very knowledgeable. I have benefitted from their services for several years—termite treatment, sugar ant invasion, general home—every time I have been so pleased. It’s spring...these are the guys to call to keep your house pest free!

Very helpful and friendly. Easy to set up appointments and very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the spray technicians. Fairly reasonably priced as well.
