This company is consistent with their work and I’ve constantly had a familiar face with Tommy coming out to spray the yard. This company has the local charm and has worked with me several times on moving my spray date to accommodate with weather and my plans. I have a cookout planned tomorrow, the rain had been constant for a week, and I was able to call Wednesday for a Friday treatment. I can’t imagine another company looking out for their clients as well as Hawk does.

Alex came out to my property today for our pest control services. He performed an outstanding service by taking his time to address done of my concerns and cleaning all my exterior windows off webs and debris, including my covered porch and my garage interior. That was a great touch! Alex explained all the services that he provided in detail before he left my property. Very pleased with his attention to detail and taking his time and not rushing just to get to the next job.

I needed someone to come check out my dehumidifier, sump pump, and to address several types of pests. Tommy came by and went above and beyond! He addressed all of our issues and even accelerated the return schedule to ensure everything is taken care of promptly. Absolutely recommend this company to EVERYONE. Worth every penny!

Back in October of 2024 I had called Hawk because of foundation worries. Brian came out the next day and performed an inspection of my crawl space and foundation. Brian determined that we needed to get the water away from the house and come back out in 6-8 months to reinspect. (Im thinking what is he going to sell me in 6-8 months???) To my surprise Brian came out the beginning of July 2025 and had nothing to sell me. The sump pumps had fixed the problem. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the honesty of BRIAN and the company. Work wise, they installed 2 sump pumps, dug a trench around the perimeter under the house and installed a new barrier in 2 days. Brian came out to verify that everything looked good and was done correctly. 3 months later the GFCI tripped and would not reset. Brian had the owner of the electrical company out in a matter of days to replace it, free of charge. I have already recommended them to my friends, family and now to whoever is reading this review.

I wanna take time to thank everyone at hawks. Tommy has come out multiple times to treat our home as part of our quarterly service but we've also had them come out for other issues/concerns. They've all been great. Professional, kind and caring. And they make sure to follow up and they take pride in their work and I have been happy with results. Tommy came out today to treat for ant issue and im happy with the treatment/solution plan. I highly recommend this company for any pest control needs. They are fantastic.

Alex was great! He was super friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness.
