I fell and broke my ankle and foot 3 weeks ago and I was in a boot and an wheel chair. He could tell I was distressed and miserable and depressed but he had God in his life and me too. After finishing his work and explaining what he did at my home he ask he could pray for me and for complete healing. I was so happy to have him pray for me because I truly needed this prayer this morning and it truly lifted me . Contract pricing with monthly payments. Service every 3 months. Different service people every time and various times during the day. We only have them do outside work due to our work schedules. They usually give me a text the day before and let me know the day of service when they will arrive. They should treat the yard for ants and sometimes they don't. As long as they been serving my house, no bugs in the house except an occasional visitor. Mice may be outside, but only one got in house and died last Spring.

Absolutely horrible experience. I paid almost $2,000, and the job was never completed. I’m extremely afraid of rodents, which is why I hired this company in the first place. They came out on a Thursday and scheduled the service for the following Tuesday since they don’t work weekends. When Tuesday came, they said the technician who handles these types of projects was out sick, so they rescheduled for Thursday. Thursday came, and once again, no one showed up—they said the same technician was still sick. I asked if they had a backup, and they said no. Another week went by, and they scheduled us again for Tuesday but couldn’t even give a specific time. No one showed up that day either. Finally, on Thursday, they came and claimed the work was completed. When I inspected the property, several areas that the initial representative said would be fixed were untouched. This company took my money and didn’t finish the job. I’m very upset—and even more scared knowing there may still be rodents in my attic.
