    Anik was great! I told him about my concerns and he addressed the issues quickly. Very pleasant and efficient and I was very happy with the service. It was absolutely pouring outside and he had such a great attitude. Hawx team delivered. And the wasp nest never came back. Very happy customer!

    Please avoid this company. I pay $50 monthly but was informed mice aren’t included so They quoted me $1600 for rodent prevention trap, I explained I didn’t have that much $. They offered financing a week later they not only took out the $80 financing charge but also took $1600 unauthorized from my account. As you can imagine it was my mortgage payment and child care payment I called customer service and was on the phone all afternoon only to be told it was a error and will take 10 business days to return the funds. You can’t imagine the inconvenience they placed on me doing so *Update, I contacted the email provided below and again was told to wait 10 business days nothing they can do

    Last update: I want to give the very last update, the management team helped me closed the account after my comments. I want to re-emphasis - my bad experience was with one bad staff - Mr. Nico. The actual crew who performed the service is fantastic, I have no complaints on the service. If Mr. Nico did not engineered the 2nd service contract on top of my existing one, I would have continued my service. I just can't continue the service with my month fee tripled, and knowing Mr. Nico can do this at will adding a 3rd or 4th contract, god knows how many. ----------------------------------------------- Final update: Mr. Owner, if you are reading this, please help me close my account. I contacted Sydney a month ago, Sydney would not comment on Mr. Nico's fraudulent complains. But agreed to refund me one of contract cancellation - the one Mr. Nico engineered all on his own - as a good gesture. Now a month later, I am getting messages and email informing me I need to pay an extra $25 dollar to hawx because I did not fully pay the bogus contract Mr Nico engineered. I explained I noticed the fee went up and I called my credit card company said my monthly fee is the past is $25 lower, and visa company sided with me and refunded the $25 difference. At same time I called your company and try to cancel because the higher fee and was told about the 2nd contract added onto my account. When I cancelled my account, no-one at hawx brought this $25 up, it is one month later after my contract is cancelled, now they are blasting me with message / emails and try to force me to pay for the bogus contract I never signed up. I emailed Sydney again, so far, no reply. I hope Mr. owner, you would just step in, close my account and get rid of this ridiculous $25 surcharge. It seems to me at this point, the rest of the company is operating at different moral scale than the owner himself - who has been a very responsible and honorable person, so please help me out, close my account, let me part my ways on good terms. Thank you. I wanted to very much believe that the bad behavior rests in Mr. Nico alone, does not reflect your entire company, so please do something to prove my assumption is right. -------------- previous comments about my experience See attached photo, the company double charged me on cancellation fee of $199, the contract says the fee is only $199, they charged me $398. Update: I contacted the company, it turns out the sales person - Nicodamo Ginocchietti is the one should be hold accountable for the entire fiasco. He enrolled me into an extra package without my knowledge on 7/4, and doubled my month service fee, See attached photo. He also faked my signature on the new contract dated 7/4. Hawx service should look into the matter and straight out this mess. This one person is doing deceptive business practice and hurting the company reputation. Whoever the owner is, really should be aware of this person's behavior and act accordingly. But the company insist they will remain double charged me without a refund because I have an additional contract - which Mr. Nicodamo engineered all on his own without my knowledge. ps. I am attaching 3 message capture between Me & Mr. Nico, what he promised, and what actually happened. He never responded back after I questioned him why he added that extra service without my knowledge. The phone message do not lie. He can fake contract etc. But he can't fake phone message. I hope the owner would take a look and really do something with Mr. Nico. update: Dear Mr. Owner, your customer team Mr. Leo has reached out to me and informed me the regional manager has received 3 fraud activity reports on Mr. Nico (including me) - on the exact same thing he did to other customers. But so far - no actions is done - they are just tracking the complains. I emailed Sydney per your suggestion - attaching all the photos, I hope Sydney can set this wrong right. I am looking forward to hear back from your company.

    Keon was amazing and came within 30 mins of our time frame 8-12. He did a thorough check through and also helped us with a possible mouse issue setting out bate and traps. He was great! Hearing that our work we did prior to the maintenance spray to keep possible mice out was great and well done was also encouraging.
