Ethan with Hawx Service was very easy and professional to work with including specific areas for f interest on interior and exterior. Highly recommend him.

Things started out pretty good but quickly went down hill from there. This year has been horrible. We pay for quarterly treatments but have only had 2 treatments so far this year and it is October. We have an over abundance of spiderwebs and cobwebs around our property because they have not been doing their job. This time I walked him around and specifically asked for the spiderwebs/cobwebs to be cleared around the property. He told me he would see what he had time for. He was only here for maybe 10 minutes and didn’t clear away a single web. Very disappointing.

Samuel H. was fantastic! He came out today to service our home and quickly identified three yellow jacket nests—one hidden under a stone on our path, another deep in a thick bush, and a third up in a tree. He treated all of them thoroughly. What a huge relief for our family! Now we can finally enjoy being outside without worry. Grateful for the professional and attentive service.

Hawks Pest Control has been great!! All the technicians are friendly. They always come prepared and are good about redoing a service if needed. Duncan even came and did a second walk around for wasp nests when I found one hiding after the service was completed. We get a lot of them around my property. He was very thorough. The last couple years I had Josh and he was always very good about it and thorough as well. I just wish the chemicals were more pet friendly but I can't argue with the results.

The communication and service is always top notch. Their pricing is fair and the mosquito service is only paid for when needed and/or seasonal. I don’t have nearly as many spiders, wasps and bugs inside my home. Living by the Jordan River is beautiful, but I don’t like the bugs that come with it. Hawx has been a great solution for over 4 years.

Max, with HAWX Pest Control, did a really good job today! He communicated with me through text when he was on his way and then texted he was done with a detailed description of all the services he did. I was very satisfied!

We’ve been so happy with our pest control service! Duncan is always prompt, professional, and thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and checks in regularly to make sure everything is under control. We’ve noticed a huge difference since starting service—highly recommend!

False Promises and Zero Results I was promised the world by the sales team—and they completely under-delivered. My bug problem didn’t improve at all, even after asking them to come back and re-spray. The second visit made no difference. I was skeptical from the start, but the salesperson assured me I could cancel anytime if it didn’t work. That turned out to be a lie. I had to pay a $200 cancellation fee, and honestly, it was worth every penny just to be done with them. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept trying to upsell me on more services. They’d already taken my money for nothing—why would I give them more? This company is all talk, no results. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

Terrible experience… total scam… They visited me the first time and offered me a service for $119, which seemed fine, so I accepted. Three months later, they came for a “check-up.” I told them everything was fine, they sprayed something in my yard, and days later they charged me $119 again. I called to complain and they told me I had a one-year contract, which I was never informed about or agreed to. I never received an email notification, I never received a payment receipt, they just took my money. I called to cancel the service and now they want to charge me an extra $200! Otherwise, they politely threatened to “damage” my credit, saying, “We don’t want to harm your credit.”… They are dishonest in how they offer the service, so avoid them at all costs.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hawx Pest Control. Throughout my contract, they repeatedly skipped scheduled appointments but still charged me as if the services had been completed. On multiple occasions, they claimed to have removed cobwebs, yet when I checked outside immediately after, there were still plenty left. The technician had only taken a picture of himself clearing a single cobweb—clearly just for documentation, not actual service. Despite all the treatments, I saw no reduction in bugs around my home. I continued to deal with wasp issues no matter how many times they came out. Their treatments simply did not work. The final straw was the termite bait stations. I paid $1,500 upfront for installation and a full year of service, exactly as outlined in the agreement. But when I cancelled after fulfilling the contract, Hawx came and removed everything I had already paid for—without my permission. I am now considering a small claims lawsuit to recover what I paid for and what they took back. Do not use Hawx. In my experience, they do not deliver what they promise, and their business practices feel misleading and unfair. I strongly recommend choosing another pest control company.

Jordan was very professional and very informative. He answered all of our questions. He gave us a time that we needed without overstay his welcome. He was very helpful with all of our issues and concerns. He was not pushy, but patient and informative. Over all a great experience.
