Chelsea was very friendly and helpful. We were able to schedule a quick appointment and they sent a reminder and showed up on time with a communication about being on the way. She came in assessed our home and did a thorough sweep of all the area bugs might be attracted to. She explained about the product they use and there was no smell whatsoever. Great experience!
