Awesome service!!! I had been infested with Bed bugs and no way to tackle the problem on my own, almost feel hopeless because of how fast they reproduce and how hard the eggs are to kill. Decided to call in the Big Guns "HEAT RX LA" they came in and swiftly in a couple hours had my home bug free. Im telling you best money I've ever spent. How much does peace and tranquility cost? We'll in this case it was 1k and wow that's a deal!!!! Others wanted 1.8k.. they are knowledgeable and shift with the extermination.

I was very pleased with Heat Rx from the minute I called and they answered the phone! Sara was very professional, answered all of my initial questions and was able to schedule an appointment for an inspection for the very next day! After a very through inspection by Brendan, it was determined that thankfully I do not have a bed bug problem. I really thought I picked up some unwanted guests (bed bugs) during my travels abroad. I had concerns about reinfestation of bed bugs and right away when I expressed my concern James, the owner of HeatRX, called me to clarify any questions I had. He is very reassuring and experienced and quickly put my mind at ease. That is the kind of costumer service that should always be rewarded. Anyone who's been dealing with bed bugs knows how frustrating it is and it can seem you're never going to rid yourself of them. It is unique to have this level of attention is given to customer concerns. In addition, the entire treatment was seamlessly implemented by Brenden and Lorence. They were arrived on time, walked me through the process, answering any question I had at the time, and stayed the entire day. They were great at communicating as well. Yesterday, residual stress led me to think I would never rid myself of bed bugs. Today, I feel I hired the right team for the job. I'm much more confident that I'll finally be able to have a good night's rest in my own bed.

I found the ExterminatorTechnicians Laurence and Nicholas to be very Professional, friendly, helpful, informative and relaxed which in turn helped me to feel less stressed and more relaxed!!
