I needed them to remove some wasp. I call them to schedule a service and after a few questions they give me a date and time a person will be at my home. The technician was great at communicating before he arrived. He did a good inspection to identify all possible spots where wasp could be hiding and clean every spot he identified. I was expecting that he would try to upsell me a plan or subscription like everyone else, but he didn't. He focused on doing his job effectively and then he left. I will definitely will call them again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

I've used High Country for regular preventive care for exterior of house for years. They confirm appointments and are more than happy to reschedule if needed. I've never had to have a reapplication between visits but they've reminded me should I need it. Jeremy, my regular technician, found a wasp nest on a past visit and immediately informed me and got rid of it with no additional cost. Quality service at a fair price for years.

Very happy with Clinton , he comes out to do our treatment . Struggled a little bit with the office, I was told as many times that I needed them to come out in between my regularly scheduled appts. But that wasn't the case. I did call at least once a month in between my service. We have crawl space that love spiders . I struggle with that, I'm scared to death of them. I know they can't spider free but it makes me real nervous bc I have a disability and if a spider or crawling creature appears I will over react and could lose my balance, I am not to have any falls. I didn't think it was a problem but when I called last time I got a little bit of attitude on how many times I've had them come back. I admit if I see more then one spider I freak out but thought no problem. We did work it out after hour on the phone. I've used this company for over a year now, I use them bc they are like mom and pa shop and they are veterans. My dad was a Vietnam veteran so any support I'll always give and use for anything. I really do love this company and will refer them and continue to use them. I especially like our guy Clinton he does a great job and very professional. Gregory did a great job servicing our facility. He helped remove and replace stored material to get full access. He gave a thorough briefing on what was observed to have been going on since his last visit. Gregory is very helpful, respectful and professional.
