    Originally called multiple days ago to schedule an appointment but wasn't given a date or time. Today without warning, Ricky decides to show up in an unmarked red pickup. This guy ignored the no knocking sign on the door and knocked, waking up the dogs. Then when he didn't get a response he took it upon himself to go through the privacy fence into the backyard. When this was noticed by my wife at work via our security camera, she called High Tech and spoke with Ricky who was outright rude and seemed to think the world revolved around his schedule. Time to teach that boomer some manners or put him out to pasture. Would not recommend this service to anyone. Go with Pest-Tech or Fitton.

    Not sure how they could ever receive anything less than 5 stars. I’ve used them for monthly and emergency services for over a year and on time, professional and nothing short of amazing each time. Thanks for the hard work and highly recommended!

    Called High Tech, they were highly recommended. David on the phone was easy to talk to, transparent, and very friendly. They sent their technician Tyler out to take care of us. He was very professional and polite. You can tell these guys understand what they are talking about. We had them provide a service for us and immediately signed up for their every other month service. Couldn't be happier and recommend them to everyone who is having trouble with pests in their home.

    High-tech sprayed our 20 slip dock this season and last for bugs. High-tech kept the webs knocked down with each spray. Our membership has been able to enjoy our dock without worrying about the spiders. We had a different provider in the past that did not knock down the webs and often seemed to not spray the entire dock.

    Called told them my situation asked if they could help me they said they could. I told him I had been going through this since April and it had took me several months to get the money to get a exterminator because I'm disabled. They have done the heat treatment twice and sprayed I still have bugs they said they had a 60-day guarantee I don't know what they guarantee except for maybe you'll still have bugs. I let them know I was very allergic to these bugs and I needed help after two heat treatments and spraying I still have them and they told me if I called back they would have to see I adult bug and I explained to him when I called I had sprayed several times I had no adult bugs. So I guess I'm going to have to get a lawyer to get my money back where I can find someone else to help me I cannot continue to go it's been almost a year and when they come down here and I'm ate up they said I needed to go to the doctor to find out what I was allergic to. I asked them if they needed documentation because I had already been three times. The last time they came I had been hospitalized but I guess that didn't matter. That was professional until after I paid them $2, 140.00.
