We recently switched our pest control services at Boardwalk Hall and the Atlantic City Convention Center to Hoffman, and the experience has been outstanding from day one. From our first conversations with Jenny, who has been incredibly thorough and attentive, to her site visits with Victor to walk the venues and provide recommendations, the level of care has been exceptional. Jenny continues to be a fantastic main point of contact. A special shoutout to our technician Shane, who is truly the best—always early, detail-oriented, precise, and just a genuinely nice person to work with. The entire Hoffman team, from the top down, shines. It’s refreshing to have a partner that not only cares but is also professional, reliable, and simply does an outstanding job. We feel confident knowing our venues are in great hands with Hoffman.

Hoffman’s inspector and the 3 technicians were very knowledgeable , friendly and provided very professional work . They killed the yellow jacket nest in my wall by dusting them .Bees all Dead the next day. Also their bat team did a thorough bat exclusion on my house . Also a local family run business vs Terminix that brings in people from Camden and Philly. The technicians answered all of my questions as they worked . They were 100 % better than the surly incompetent dopes that I originally hired from Terminix before firing them . If you live in South Jersey don’t even consider Terminix and go with Hoffman’s from Mantua . One final check remains in two weeks to see if the bat cones did their job .

I just wanted to give a shout out to the technician Clem! We have had numerous bee issues and he has been fantastic in dealing with them. I truly feel that he goes way above and beyond what would be expected. Clem always ensures that we are aware of service so that we can secure our pets inside. He really knows his stuff and always solves our pest problems! Hoffman’s should be really proud of Clem’s professional demeanor and work ethic. Keep up the phenomenal work Clem!

I had a great experience with Jenni Washy from Hoffman’s Exterminating. She came to my home to give me a quote, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Jenni was also very helpful and worked around my schedule which I really appreciated because I had a lot going on at the time. She arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress free. If you’re looking for someone prompt and trustworthy, I’d definitely recommend Jenni!

We've used Hoffman's for everything from routine pest control to urgent pest removal and they have been absolutely fantastic. Everyone is friendly, professional, thorough, and happy to answer any questions you have. Ben from sales is excellent and goes out of his way to get a problem solved ASAP. Each of the technicians go above and beyond on each service call to ensure every concern is addressed. Very satisfied with our experience using Hoffman's!

We have been having an ongoing mouse problem and Kevin was extremely thorough and really took the time to gather all of the information that he needed to treat our house. I really don't like having people in our house, but he was so friendly and easy to talk to. I am very confident that our issue will be taken care of.
