Matt V came and was able to remove the yellowjacket wasp nest in one of my bathroom ceilings. I noticed a soft spot on my ceiling and heard buzzing noises as well as saw many wasps going in and out a vent in the side of my house. Matt came and carefully injected pesticide and wasp dust into the ceiling, waited patiently for the buzzing to die down. Once he thought it was safe, he cut a hole and removed the nest ... he filled 2 five gallon buckets full of the nest! He then covered the hole and advised to leave everything as is for 30 days to ensure all was taken care of. If necessary, he would come back and respray within that time period. I am vey satisfied with Matt's work ... hoping it was 100 effective this one time!

Was able to get an appointment relatively soon. The technician Matthew was polite and informative regarding the yellow jackets living in the siding of my house. The current infested area's was sprayed and a large nest was removed. For these reasons I would recommend Hollenbeck Pest Control.

I returned home from vacation to find yellow jackets flying around my basement. Much to my surprise, they said they could dispatch someone same day for a nominal fee. The tech, Robert D., did a great job with a challenging situation involving a huge yellow jacket nest that infiltrated the foundation of my home, taking the time to explain every step he was taking to resolve the problem. I’ve been very satisfied with Hollenbeck in the past, and this experience further reinforces that I’m dealing with the most professional pest control company in the area. I appreciate both the quick response time (same day on a Saturday!) and the quality of the customer service provided in the field. Would strongly recommend. A+++
