We have never needed pest control before… so I had 2 companies come out to give estimates… I was amazed at how different they were in cost & presentation. Tim won us over immediately… he was so easy to talk with, very HONEST & knowledgeable! He’s always a text away and responds all the time… we will never use anyone else!

This is our first need for pest control (mice). Initiated a call to Home Paramount and an inspector (Tim) came out the same day. He contacted the technician (Anthony) who came out the next day and placed the necessary bait boxes. The. service from Home Paramount has been exceptional, from our initial call to Tim O’Connor to our scheduled treatments from Anthony and Justin. Tim informed us that if we had any questions or concerns that we could call him anytime…And that has been the case! We are very impressed and highly recommend Home Paramount! He is why we have a yearly contract with Home Paramount! We are loyal customers as long as Jarome is inspecting and treating our home!

My termite bait system coverage ended 06/11, they never called to schedule the bait refill. I called 06/12 and got on the schedule for 06/28, I made sure it was in the notes that several stations needed to be reinstalled. The tech didn’t refill all existing stations and said he forgot his auger so couldn’t install the missing stations and would be back. He never came back so I called and got on the schedule for 07/22, appointment window 12-3. During this call I asked if I was eligible for some kind of prorate since I will not have the system for a full year before I am charged again. I was told I am paying for the warranty to not have termites, not the service itself. On 07/22, I called corporate at 12:30 to verify my appt, and was told I was next. I called at 2:50 to see where they were, was told the tech had clocked into the job and would be there momentarily. I called at 3:30 to ask when they were coming, corporate was unable to get in contact with tech after calling 3x. I was told a manager would call me later, which they did not. I called corporate the following day at 9am and asked to speak to the scheduler for the branch that dispatched my tech. The phone line was busy and corporate left a message for them to call me. No one called, so I called again at 4:30 and was told the scheduler would be calling me shortly. I immediately called my salesman and he told me she leaves at 3 pm and advised me to just keep trying to call her and she’s the only one who can help me. An employee showed up to our door unannounced on 07/24 at 8am, installed and baited. Phone call from an admin assistant at the branch on 07/24 at noon to schedule install of missing bait systems that were installed earlier that day, promised a manager would call me. Manager called 07/26, apologized and promised to send someone out on 07/31 to verify our stations were done correctly. I will not be renewing service. Hopefully getting them removed next year won’t be as painful as getting them installed.

Fantastic experience! Jerome was thorough and personable. My son followed him around the entire time he was here and he talked to him while he worked. He explained everything he was doing and how it would keep out the pests. We just switched companies and I’m more than impressed with the level of service for the price. The attention to detail was like I’ve never seen before. With my previous service, the technicians were in and out without any chat about problem areas. Jerome made sure to ask and treated the root cause. You won’t be disappointed if you use Paramount! I’ll ask for Jerome every time!

We are still pretty new to Home Paramount but they have been awesome. Quick to come out for the initial consult and when we needed them to come out again, they will timely as well. James Joyce has been out twice to our house and he is fantastic! A wealth of knowledge in the pest world and a gem to speak to. Arnett the Branch Manager has also come out to re-evaluate for terminates and he was wonderful. I appreciate the help and even more the wonderful members of the Home Paramount Team.
