Both technicians demonstrated remarkable helpfulness in alleviating my distress after multiple hives had occupied the front of my home. They thoroughly explained the treatment methodology, its anticipated effectiveness timeline, and recommended a follow-up contact within 7-10 days if satisfactory results were not observed. I extend sincere gratitude to James, as well as his technicians Jarrell and Jacob, for their outstanding service.

Recently alot of issues with billing. I get final deman notice with no prior notice or date on it. Then when you call in they already have my card on file from the last time this happenef and i have to pay your late fees even though 8 out of 10 would not follow my request to just call a few minutes ahead so service inside could be done(condo building). No service has even been complete due to that last billing cycle now this. Unacceptable.

Had a great experience with this company. We hade Yellowjackets building a nest under the siding of our house and making it inside to different parts of the house. The techs were able to seal up where the Yellowjackets were coming in and treat the area. The indoor YJ’s died fairly quickly after the treatment. Outdoor ones took another treatment which was scheduled fast and handled well. So far no more outside bees, inside ones continue to die.

I can not speak for their service. However, I can speak on this person's ability to drive on Jan 28,2025, 9am. He ran a stop sign this morning coming from Buck School house towards belair rd. I was with my grandsons going towards Belair Rd from the pop shop & this fine gentleman decided he wanted to hurry & to not hit the red light. If I were a second sooner, there would've been an accident
