My experience as a customer for the past year plus has been excellent. If you’re in the Bel Air area, ask for Jerome! He is our pest control specialist and is not only great at what he does, he is always extremely pleasant and efficient but thorough. He always comes for his visits within the window he says he will, and gives great tips that I wouldn’t have known about being a first-time homeowner. Jerome never tries to upsell me things I don’t need, but also makes clear what my options are. We’re happy customers!

Paid them $1300 to mouse proof our home. They were supposed to close up cracks and crevices. Worked ok for one year and then the mice started to get back in. Called them, we had closed our account due to loosing our tech and the reassigned one was horrible. A guy came and stayed a few minutes, gave no help. Its like they took our large amount of money and don't provide any back up. Still have mice coming into the stove drawer at all times of the year

Our technician’s name is Jerome Owens. He’s been with us from the start and I cannot say enough good things about him. Jerome is always smiling. He is so sweet and personable. My toddler loves when he sees the Home Paramount truck out front because a visit from Jerome is always fun. Jerome always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the service. I’ve actually spoken to other people who had Jerome as a technician and they all said the same! He really is an all around great man who loves his work and customers!
