Great Experience with Paramount Pest Control & Nate! Had a follow-up treatment this morning with Nate, a supervisor from Paramount Pest Control. Although he’s new to this territory, he’s clearly experienced both in the industry and with the company. From the start, Nate was professional and personable. He arrived within the scheduled window, introduced himself clearly, and identified the company he represents. Rather than jumping right in based on a service ticket, he took the time to talk with me about my preferences and expectations first; which I really appreciated. He was thorough, efficient, and easy to communicate with throughout the appointment. Paramount is lucky to have someone like Nate on the team. Hopefully, they recognize and reward him for being a stellar associate. Highly recommend!
