We have been in this house 2 years and continued the previous owner's Paramount Pest Control contract. We have received consistently excellent service for both the pest control and termite service. We need both since we are surrounded by woods. The reps have been efficient, thorough, and friendly. They make sure we are satisfied with their services, and always are ready to answer questions. They will text a few days ahead of time to remind us a tech is coming to make sure it is a convenient time, and they are usually right on time. Keeping the service was a good decision.

The receptionist, warm and kind, sent an inspector out to my home the following day. Brian was SO kind, professional, knowledgeable, and took to listen to my concerns and properly access the issue. He made me feel like my home was his #1 priority. By the time he left, I gave him the name "Dr. Brian". He wrote the prescription, and Maurice came hours later and applied the medication. Maurice was wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable, and shared each phase of the process with me. The ground bees are gone!
