Absolutely amazing service from Telson! He did a phenomenal job today - he was so thorough, spraying in all the little nooks and crannies of our home, and even went above and beyond by removing cobwebs from the outside entrance. Not only is he incredibly kind and professional, but he also made me feel completely confident in choosing Home Shield. Although I’m a little bummed he won’t be our regular technician, it’s comforting to know he’s part of the team. If this is the standard of service they provide, I know we’re in great hands. I was so hesitant to go with Homeshield for pest control company but I thought since their quotes offered was within my right budget I should be then a chance. But when I did my first service I was happy. Special thanks to Mr Telson who came to our house and he was really awesome and detailed with the job.
