Been a HomeTeam customer for 12 years and have always had great service. But this last service was something else…. Unfortunately I do not remember my service tech name but he was nothing short of AMAZING! He spent so much time looking for wasp nest, spraying and investigating, answering our questions and just really going above and beyond…. Again always had great service but our tech this last time was a couple notches above…. Thank you!

I have asked and you never give us a heads up when you are coming out. We have dogs and my wife works from home. She can’t have them going crazy. This also means I can’t give instructions on any treatments we want. Service is horrible. Consider this my cancellation.

For the last year and a half, we’ve had ongoing issues with ants and spiders. We finally switched pest control companies, and after just two visits with the new provider, we haven’t seen a single bug! I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my services with HomeTeam—first via email (no response), then over the phone where I was told they don’t accept cancellations by email. I was also told their “system was down” and that someone would call me back to finalize the cancellation. No one ever did. Extremely disappointed—this company has really gone downhill!

My house has been services by Hometeam pest defense for almost 3 years and the quality of service has been great. Mr Sean has been the technician all this time which makes a difference. We know him and he knows us. So he takes his time to do a thorough job. He cares about his customers. Hometeam treats its customers well.
