Seek services elsewhere in the DFW area. Previously used this service in another home and had excellent service. Last 3 months no one seems to know how to kill and remove wasp nest. Im told they can rebuild a nest quickly. In my New construction home its required a couple trips for In home treatment for pest which was ok. External treatment for pests ie wasp has been really disappointing, ive had to spray and remove two wasp nest myself versus in the past the services removed the nest from trees and wherever now they send over men who appear to be just as scared of wasps as I am. Sadly ive had these folks at my residence for reoccurring issues with wasps 3 times in 4 weeks. I literally said on 10/1/25 ive seem a wasp fly in and out of a 2nd floor window frame can u please provide a dusting chemical to get ride of the wasp and the potential nest as I can hear the buzzing throughout the day- guy tells me it may be another wasplike insect that eats spiders and its good that its there. I want all pest/ insects out the window frame and walls. Ive had much BETTER service with this company 2022-2024: this year horrible! My neighbors use orkin and termex and they Have NO Issues. Loyalty gets you no where here. Waiting for this contract to end! Waste. If i could upload the buzzing i hear in the wall I would- so much for treating the window frame as requested

Derek is amazing! We have had him for a long time and he is always consistent, knowledgeable, dependable and on time. Excellent customer service and answers all of our questions and concerns. I love having the same dedicated version because he knows our home so well and give the best advice and predictions. We are so blessed to have him keeping our home safe and we love his joyful personality!

I used to work for the parent company of Home Team years ago so I chose them for my pest control provider. We have had several good years of service until this year. They will schedule a service & just text us that they are showing up in 48 hours. We text them “No, we do not confirm that appointment, we are out of town & the gate is locked”. They start calling & leaving messages for us to re-schedule. After 2 phone messages, they just decide to come out without our permission. I text them “do not come out until we can be there to unlock the gates” but they come anyway & then they can only service about a 1/3 of our house as 2/3’s is behind the fence. Then they charge us for the service when we told them not to come. After the 1st time they did this we threaten to cancel but they convinced us to stay. Now that this has happened a 2nd time, we are leaving for good. Communication is key for any successful business. They have not mastered that yet.

We have had used Home Team for over eight years now. For the majority of that time, Joseph Eakin has been our service provider. We have always had exceptional service. A text to remind us to put the animals in and leave gates unlocked. We are always asked if there’s anything we’ve noticed lately so that they can address it during their visit. Not only has Joseph been thorough always paying attention to details and addressing any new bug concerns, but he has always been very kind and courteous. We wouldn’t consider using any other pest service because of their exemplary service as well as effectiveness of their service.
