Our entire family (8 households) were with a smaller pest control company Crenshaw for a decade- until HUGHES stepped in. (Oh how we miss Crenshaw) The HUGHES technicians are unskilled in identifying what kind of termites and where the termites are originating from, much less being able to treat the issue. I’m battling with them 2 yrs later. Hughes will often cancel appts or “no shows” are their speciality.

We used Hughes for quite a while and were very happy with their service. But when a different technician was assigned to our account, things went downhill. We finally stopped our service when that technician sprayed the cabinets in our pool bathroom, leaving dried white drips all over the brown wood.

I have had such an excellent experience with these guys! When I moved, they were one of the first people I called. They are very knowledgeable very respectful and really take pride in their work. I just bought a home and after analyzing every inch like a crazy person I called a national brand company for a consultation.
